  Me and my Son walked into Vuori yesterday and had a mixed experience. I was greeted by multiple associates and helped around the store by Kat, make me feel like a VIP! She was amazing. Unfortunately when i got to checking out my products another associate commented to another associate (which i overheard) that the color top and bottom i chose did not look good together and make me feel bad about myself which resulted in me backing out from my purchase and walking out of the store. The GM at this store really needs to step up or get fired.

  Let me start by saying I really enjoy this brand of clothing and the quality is wonderful, however my experience with a staff was not up to par. My first visit was a great, I purchased a few items for my fiancé. A few days later we returned to make an exchange. We had previously stopped for coffee on our way to the mall. Once we arrived to the store, they had their own coffee stand in store. While shopping my fiance politely asked the gentlemen working the coffee stand if he could throw his trash away, in the trash can they had behind the coffee stand. The man refused to throw away his trash. He stated he needed the trash can for the whole day. I'm not sure what kind of response that is, especially to a paying customer? It was a huge turn off, my fiance was ready to buy a whole new wardrobe, not after that kind of customer service. It's kind of funny we were offered free coffees with purchase. I know, sounds kind of petty but definitely a huge turn off.

  So excited Vuori is opening a store near me! I wear the Strato Tech Tee and Kore shorts 7” unlined everyday. I wear the shirts in every YouTube video I make if you want to see them in action. (YT: Grant Warrington) Love the feel and fit. I love the Aim shorts and the Strato Tech Polo for dressier occasions. Now we need to open a store in St Pete next 😃🙌🏼🇺🇸
